Summary
Modification dates for Village Pump pages are not updating on the homepage or the Village Pump page
Discussion
...and, when following the instructions to create this new topic (enter URL, create page, paste in template boilerplate above), this new topic did not appear in the Pump topics list.
I'm also just noting here that some features (like Edit With Form) don't appear until after body text is added. This is normal. However not being indexed is a real problem.
