From Rosetta Code

Welcome to the site. I'm excited to get another Java contributor. Check out my user page and give yourself a language table like I have. I hope you stay active. I can't keep up with the new tasks anymore. Happy coding! --Mwn3d 03:38, 10 February 2010 (UTC)

Knapsack text

Hi Pelci, could you comment on this: Talk:Knapsack_problem/0-1#Change to task description. thanks --Paddy3118 17:15, 14 February 2010 (UTC)

Value for Sandwich

Hi, in Knapsack problem/0-1 a sandwich is worth 160 while in Knapsack problem/Bounded it is 60. Is this by design or by mistake?

It can be quite confusing when porting an implementation from one task to the other. If by design, the value should probably be emphasized in the tables. - Wmeyer 23:10, 14 February 2010 (UTC)

Ok, thank you. (I added my Oz example which comes to the same result as your Java solution.) - Wmeyer 23:41, 14 February 2010 (UTC)

Permission to translate?

Hi again Pelci,
Would it be OK for me to help translate some of the butchers items into English? And maybe modify the English in the task description? I know you said yes before, but every time I see your great contributions, I am slightly ashamed of not knowing another language other than English. --Paddy3118 05:36, 25 February 2010 (UTC)

On second thoughts, It would be better to leave the Hungarian butchers items as they are, and maybe touch up the other parts of the task description.
Vive la Différence! --Paddy3118 05:56, 25 February 2010 (UTC)

-- Hi Paddy! I do not understand the essence of your question. Maybe some items do not have coorect english name? Or some items are not butcher's iten? I translated them from a dictionary. Of course maybe I have misstake. Pelci 17:30, 25 February 2010 (UTC)
