QuickBasic 7.1??? They stopped QuickBasic at 4.5: wp:QuickBASIC. Where are you getting 7.1? --Mwn3d 17:13, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
: QuickBASIC Extended 7.1, a.k.a. Professional Development System, which is usually grouped together with QB45 in the circles I frequent (Usenet and such). From the Wikipedia QB entry: <cite>"The Basic PDS 7.x version of the IDE was called QuickBASIC Extended (QBX) [...]"</cite> The PDS help file (and a few places in the program itself) refers to the program as "QuickBASIC Extended" and QBX. QB45 vs QBX71 are mostly compatible; AFAIK QBX can compile any QB45 program (although the reverse isn't true).

FYI: a recent change I made to notmylang made it more like mylang by adding altname support but it has had the side effect of breaking the links on your user page. The mylang template wasn't designed for language implementations. This is mentioned on the template talk page. &mdash;dchapes (talk | contribs) 22:20, 14 September 2014 (UTC)
