Tasks sorted by create date[edit]

Hello. You had asked in the IRC channel for a listing of tasks by create date. I'm not sure that we can do that but this is close. That's a list of tasks ordered by their last modification date (it doesn't look like the list is sorts based on the symbols in the header row, but it is). I hope this helps a little bit. --Mwn3d 14:28, 15 November 2012 (UTC)

IRC suggestions[edit]

You frequently come into the IRC channel and offer suggestions but then you leave before we have a chance to discuss them with you. If you can't stay in the channel for very long it would be better to make suggestions at the Village Pump so that more people have a chance to have a dialogue with you about them or email/user talk pages if you know who you need to talk to. IRC is really for live conversation so if you're not going to stick around it's not really a good avenue. --Mwn3d (talk) 14:33, 19 May 2014 (UTC)

Talk page signatures and "lines too long"[edit]

I came across your comment on the Zebra puzzle talk page and I just wanted to let you know:

  • It's a good idea to sign all your talk page additions by adding -- ~~~~ at the end (when I commented on that page I took the liberty of manually adding a signature to your comment).
  • Specifically, when concerned about examples with long lines that should be avoided/re-written you can use Template:lines too long above the example yourself. In this case I added: {{lines too long|C sharp}}. That way a notice shows up above the example and a link is added to the appropriate examples needing attention page.

Thanks! -- Dchapes (talk) 18:52, 2 August 2014 (UTC)
