Re splitstring and joinstring. These are relatively new additions to the strings.ijs script in the base/system library. You can find the latest base/system library version as follows <lang j>

The latest version of the [strings.ijs script] on the Trac site for the J System. The definitions were added about a year ago.--Tikkanz 03:05, 17 September 2009 (UTC)
