D version of Compile-time calculation

Hi, I'm not fluent in D, but I wonder what makes the compiler execute the "fact" function at compile time in Compile-time calculation#D. Does it have anything to do with the "enum" or "auto" keyword? - Wmeyer 15:07, 16 February 2010 (UTC)
