My own code (in the Construct section) was biased too. The rook positions histogram should look like: {1=>360, 2=>252, 3=>192, 4=>156, 5=>156, 6=>192, 7=>252, 8=>360}, as it does for the 1920 rooks in the 960 startpositions, but it did not.
