Change task-template, to create a link to the first section of page

Discussion

Currently, the very first section of task-pages have no edit-link. So, to make edits there (e.g. to add a new category), the whole page has to be edited. This is unfortunate, because most task-pages are quite big.

You can add categories above the first section by clicking the edit link on the first section and putting text above the header line as in this edit --Mwn3d (talk) 23:09, 26 October 2014 (UTC)
