| Yes, CAPTCHAs are broken. There appears to be a bug in MediaWiki that's breaks its ability to operate from behind a forward proxy; proxy settings passed to libCURL are ignored. Until I can track down why, CAPTCHAs will unfortunately continue to be broken. Apologies for the inconvenience. |
