I've got some thoughts on how I'd like to automate page creation, if you're interested in adapting Underbot to a long-term role. In particular, I'd like to automate creation of pages that use [[Template:unimpl_Page]] based on a variety of pages that will show up in [[:Category:Impl needed]]. There's also the categories created by usage of [[Template:Mylang]], and the resulting categories created by the use of [[Template:langgroup]] as a result of filling those in.
