Although I find it stylistically distasteful, I know there's precedence for capitalizing a word after a colon. In particular, I'd like to automate creation of pages that use [[Template:unimpl_Page]] based on a variety of pages that will show up in [[:Category:Impl needed]]. There's also the categories created by usage of [[Template:Mylang]], and the resulting categories created by the use of [[Template:langgroup]] as a result of filling those in. Right now, keeping that patched together is a manual process, and I'd like to automate it.
