::: What is this angry, destructive, and fantastical obsession ? Do you have someone with whom you could talk about it ?
::: Good luck and good health to you. Enjoy your coding. Please leave mine alone. It is Python, it's not over-strictly 'Pythonic', though it is linter-compliant. It have never labelled it as 'Pythonic', and it does use map and reduce. So what ? Hout (talk) 07:26, 8 March 2019 (UTC)

:::: PS the image of my humble snippets as a sinister army against which Christian soldier must mass in defence 'The Python Community' is a bit surprising on many fronts, and perhaps a bit too flattering, not only to me, but also to the role and reputation of Rosetta Code. ?
:::: RC is a wonderful site, and often an interesting quick reference, but, dare I say it ? its hardly the hottest trend-setting destination for the last or latest definitive word on this year's leading code-style fashions.
:::: If anything its reputation for code quality (sadly) leaves something to desire.
:::: I rather doubt that anytone with a madcap scheme to steer the course of a programming language would think of RC as the commanding strategic heights :-)
:::: I also rather doubt that anyone in search of guidance on Python idioms and good practice would come here at all ... Why not just glance at PEP8 or in-house style guides, or better still, download a PEP8 linter and and auto-formatter ? Hout (talk) 09:34, 8 March 2019 (UTC)
:::: Does RC really position itself as the sword-bearing defender of sacred stylistic flames ? Not sure it would be terribly effective in that role ...
:::: But its a good quick source of insight and comparison Hout (talk) 09:34, 8 March 2019 (UTC)
