I have been programming for a little over a year. My concentrations in college were mathematics and photography; now I have a job doing medical image processing. I work mainly in IDL, but break out C when I need to do something loopy (IDL hates loops). I have also used in C++, Python, LabView, and Java. I love the scientific, algorithmic, puzzle-solving kind of programming. I am interested in learning a Functional programming language.
