I started programming in J in 2009 and now primarily use BQN, an array language I designed ([https://mlochbaum.github.io/BQN/commentary/history.html some history]). Interests include language design and implementation, music creation, and mathematical and scientific programming. I'm Marshall. I started programming in J in 2009 and I've been writing tons of code since then. I've since picked up a few languages, but J remains my first choice for 95% of my code (as in, when I don't absolutely have to use a compiler for performance reasons). My major interests are mathematics, scientific programming (encompassing essentially all code where the focus is on algorithms and not on writing classes), and language design.
