You need to increase the number of iterations, several programs list the probability of switching as 60-something percent, which is incorrect, it should be 1/2. Either that or your RNG is broken.
 
:Umm... that is the infamous fallacy of the Monty Hall problem. See [[wp:Monty Hall Problemproblem|Wikipedia: Monty Hall Problemproblem]]. The correct probability of winning by switching is 2/3, which is approximately 66.7%.
