From your task description, it seems that this task is basically: copy the example from [[Non-decimal radices/Output]] (conversion from decimal to special bases with special support from language) for binary in your language, and if it doesn't exist, then copy the example from [[Non-decimal radices/Convert]] (conversion from decimal to general bases, with or without special support from language) and make it for binary. All the examples currently on this page are duplicates of one of those two.
