Summary
The website not only doesn't support IPv6 but if the client does rosettacode.org doesn't load.
Discussion
This website appears to be down for clients that have a working IPv6 connection. I'm able to connect to the cloudflare servers but they give a "524" error "a timeout occurred"
If I force the DNS to supply just an IPv4 address (like now) it works fine.
