	GDC is the D compiler based on the DMD front end and the [[GCC]] backend. ~~Currently,~~ ~~the~~ ~~most~~ ~~recent~~ ~~branch~~ is ~~out~~ ~~of date~~. ~~It is buildable on~~ GCC 4.3.1 and comes with version 1.0.30 of the front end ~~(latest at the time is 1.0.46).
