How does one go about creating/proposing "Draft Programming Tasks"? In particular, I am interested in creating these three Arithmetic subtasks:
- Arithmetic/Matrix
- Arithmetic/Vector
- Arithmetic/Polynomial
with (what I think are) all the natural operations defined therein. How do I go about starting the ball rolling?
