Normally we put error reports as a short, styled summary on the page and use the tasks Talk page for more info if needed. I have made that adjustment to the task example on the page and moved the guts of your comment here: Talk:Sieve_of_Eratosthenes#Problem_found_in_first_Erlang_example.. Thanks for taking the effort to note the problem in the first place :-)

Thanks! I'm still learning some of the things peculiar to this wiki. I'm a bit rusty to where the formatting is concerned even though I do a fair bit of wikipedia editing.
