If the task is to implement unlimited precision decimal, then the internal implementation should be with the task developer.

If the task is to Balanced ternary, Septemvigesimal, or Balanced base-27, then there are other tasks.

However, to mix both, then this makes for a long and complex task with little interest.

Update or delete this task.
